Return Policy
We accept goods returned, if for some reason your purchase does not meet your expectation. However we urge customers to select carefully, as you will only be credited for the price of the item, less postage and handling costs.
Backorder Policy
We aim to check our suppliers' details daily and update our products simultaneously should any item be out of stock. Our supplier does not have a backorder policy. Consequently on the rare occasion an overlap occurs in stock availability, we would notify you by email within 24 hours of becoming aware your chosen purchase was unavailable. Your choice would be to order another item or alternatively we would refund you in full.
Shipping Policy
Shipping cost are a $15.99, shipping and handling fee inside the United States. Orders outside the United States are charged $44.99 per item. Our supplier assures us every possible care is taken with packaging items for shipping, to protect goods. Staff may take up to 30 minutes to package a touch lamp using protective packaging inside the box, for special care. Early checking of your received package is strongly recommended as timely advise to the postal company is required for any damaged goods.
Damaged Goods Policy
In the unusual event your goods are found to be damaged upon receipt, send details immediately by email to customerservice@touchlampstore.com You need to keep the broken item until resolution occurs as an insurer representative may need to site item. You will be advised by email what steps to take next. In most damaged goods circumstances, purchases will have to be returned. Should this be required we commit to pay the shipping costs.
